We are looking for a Manager Pays / Assurance.
Missions:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that identify markets, partnerships, and opportunities to ensure long-term growth and competitiveness
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, insurance companies, multinationals, and broking partners
• Ensure strict adherence to all local laws, regulations and subsidiary operational governance and compliance frameworks
• Supervise client account management to ensure client retention
• Responsible for team training, development and ensure overall performance of the team
• Address and resolve clients & employee’s issues promptly and professionally
• Supervise policy inception and ensure that policies are fit for purpose (client protection & satisfaction)
• Submit monthly or quarterly reports to EDSO, Board of Director or as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Professional Certification is required
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and market expansion
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of the industry/market in the assigned country
- A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Country Manager or equivalent
Fluency in other international & local language(s) of the assigned country
